This was a great episode. I enjoyed hearing about the state of the meta for Destiny and speculation on how the new 1.4 errata will affect that. Being a new player to the game, I’ve only got a handful of games under my belt but I’ve faced ePalpatine in 3 of my 7 games. It was brutal against my Stormtrooper x 2/Tie Pilot x 2 deck, and I fear it’ll fare worse against even the changed Poe/Maz deck. But I’m having fun learning the game, exploring what cards I can combo with, and trying to find a booster or two to expand the dice I can pull from for those decks.
Disagree with the reason Imperial Inspection is flavorful, just cause they can notice he has powers doesn’t mean they take them away, Obi Wan could have force pushed them whether they knew he was a Jedi or not. He wouldn’t have to re-train in the ways of the force which is like what having to re-pay resources is doing to put abilities back down.
